ReadSpeakLab Pro collects only the information needed to handle bookings, create Meeting Copilot prep sessions, support users, and improve the product.

Information We Collect

Account information such as name, email address, role, and learning goal.
Work-situation inputs you provide, including meeting topics, email drafts, presentation notes, interview prompts, reports, URLs, pasted text, uploaded TXT content, and selected recommended topics.
Learning activity such as saved prep sessions, vocabulary, answers, confidence scores, progress, and generated workplace outputs.
Support messages sent to ReadSpeakLab Pro.

How We Use Information

To create and save your Meeting Copilot prep sessions.
To manage bookings, login, account access, and support.
To understand which workflows are useful or confusing.
To protect the service from abuse or technical issues.

Storage and Service Providers

ReadSpeakLab Pro uses trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to operate the product.

You can request account deletion, data deletion, or correction by emailing support@readspeaklab.com. We will review and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
