How ReadSpeakLab Pro Handles Data

This page explains how common types of user data are handled for ReadSpeakLab Pro services.

Booking Request Data

Name, email, role, learning goal, work situation, and target date are used to review booking requests and provide support.

Work-Situation Inputs

Users can create prep sessions from meeting topics, email drafts, presentation notes, interview prompts, reports, article URLs, pasted text, TXT files, or recommended topics. Users should only provide content they have the right to access and use.

Saved Prep Sessions and Practice Data

Saved prep sessions, vocabulary, answers, confidence scores, and progress are stored so users can return across devices and continue practice.

Company or Confidential Information

Do not upload confidential company information unless your company allows it. The product is intended for learning and communication practice, not secure document management.

Deletion Requests

To request deletion of account data or saved prep sessions, email support@readspeaklab.com from the email address connected to your account.
