Articles and Lab Creation
Can I use any business article?
Yes. You can paste a readable article URL, paste article text, upload a TXT file, or choose a recommended article inside the portal.
What if the article is behind a paywall?
Use the direct text-paste option. Open the article through your own publisher account, copy the text you can legally access, and paste it into ReadSpeakLab Pro.
What if my company firewall blocks news sites?
Paste the article text directly. If a URL is blocked by your company network, the portal can still create a lab from pasted article text, copied newsletter content, internal reports, or uploaded TXT files.
Do I have to bring my own article?
No. Recommended articles are a core part of the product. You can start from curated business topics matched to professional goals and English level.
Free Preview and Beta Access
What can I do without an account?
You can open the Free Preview sample lab and review the sample summary, vocabulary, and meeting practice.
What requires beta access?
Creating your own labs, saving progress, receiving feedback, generating workplace outputs, and keeping a lab library across devices require beta access.
How do I join the beta?
Request access from the Beta Access page. If approved, your beta period lasts 45 days from the approval date.
Is beta access guaranteed?
No. Access is limited while the product is refined. If the beta group is full, you may be added to the waitlist.
Learning and Practice
Do I need advanced English?
No. The lab supports Intermediate through Advanced learners and keeps explanations professional without making the language unnecessarily difficult.
How is this different from textbook study?
Textbooks teach useful patterns. ReadSpeakLab Pro helps professionals practice with real business topics so they can explain trends, give opinions, and prepare for workplace conversations.
How does feedback work during beta?
For beta, feedback uses structured examples and guided improvement. The product is prepared for deeper feedback on written answers, meeting responses, and later voice practice.
Pricing and Billing
Is payment required during beta?
No. Beta access is free and no payment card is required.
What will it cost after beta?
Expected individual pricing after beta is KRW 29,000-49,000 per month. Final launch pricing may change and will be announced before checkout is opened.
Can I cancel a paid plan later?
Paid subscriptions are not active yet. Before paid launch, ReadSpeakLab Pro will publish billing, cancellation, and refund terms clearly.
Account, Data, and Support
Why do I need an account?
An account lets you save labs, return across devices, keep vocabulary and progress, and continue practice over time.
Should I upload confidential company information?
No. Do not upload confidential company information unless your company allows it. During beta, the product is for learning and communication practice, not secure document management.
How do I get help?
Email support@readspeaklab.com or reply to your beta confirmation email if you have an issue with signup, article labs, or your workspace.
Can I request data deletion?
Yes. Email support@readspeaklab.com from the email address connected to your account and ask for account or saved-lab deletion.
